Mr. I V R Ravi Varma Director, Valfin Advisory India Pvt Ltd Mr. I V R Ravi Varma holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from GITAM, India, and an M.S. in Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. He is a highly qualified Associate of the Institute of Valuers, a Member of IESMA, and a Registered Valuer for Lands & Buildings under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India. Additionally, he is a Registered Valuer under Section 34 AB of the Wealth Tax Act for Lands & Buildings. With over 13 years of experience in property valuation, Mr. Ravi Varma has gained extensive expertise working with leading banks and NBFCs before founding his own valuation practice. His proficiency covers a broad spectrum of services including Land and Building Valuations, SARFAESI Properties, Project Finance Reports, Construction Finance Reports, Insolvency Board Reports, DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) Reports, and NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) Reports. He provides comprehensive valuation services to banks, NBFCs, insolvency professionals, and chartered accountants.
